Don Bosco Museum

It is considered the largest of its kind in Asia.It contains artefacts and customs from the hill tribes.Since it is located outside of Shillong, it is advisable to buy a one day excursion tour by only 120 rupees (one euro equal to 60 rupees) and besides you will visit many other wonders around Shillong.

Along with artefacts and customs,the museum is a collection of many beautiful galleries of international standards which include fibre glass drawings,paintings etc..The top most and the superior gallery gives much entertainment for the people with its north Indian dance shows and pleasant resting atmosphere.

Don Bosco Museum of Indigenous Cultures at DBCIC (Don Bosco Centre for Indigenous Cultures) is Asia's largest Museum of Indigenous Cultures of its kind. Thanks!
