I've been looking for a good recipe for soy-sauce based spaghetti. I especially would like recipe for the spinach, bacon, soy-sauce based spaghetti served at Kura in Nakameguro. I've looked some fusion recipe sites: Roy Yamaguchi, Nobu, and Alan Wong, but can't find it. There's a frozen version made by Mama's Spaghetti but it's not quite as good. Can anyone help me?
