Customer service counters can be found on the Departures level of both the Domestic and International terminals. Tourist information counters are located on the Arrivals level in both terminals.

AIRPORT FACILITIES

Money and communications: ATMs, bureau de change facilities and full service banks are located in both terminals. Business hours are 0530-2200 Monday-Sunday. Post office facilities and post boxes are available in both terminals.
Eating and drinking: Licensed bars and restaurants, fast food outlets and snack bars are located throughout the airport.
Shopping: There are gift shops, newspaper stands, duty-free shopping and various other shops.
Other facilities: Level one of the Domestic Terminal also has a pharmacy, medical clinic, dental clinic and dry cleaners

SERVICE TO PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES

The International Terminal was built to the specifications of an Airport Barrier Free Programme and the Domestic terminal is being gradually re-fitted to contain many of the Barrier Free disabled facilities. CONFERENCE FACILITIES

The business centre is located in the International Terminal on the Arrivals level and offers the following facilities: fax, photocopying, laser printing, mobile telephone rental, secretarial services, computer workstations, data ports, laptop recharging points and Internet ports.

CAR RENTAL

The car hire companies at the airport are Alamo , Avis , Budget , Hertz , National and Thrifty . Car hire facilities are located on the ground floor of the Parkade close to the terminal.

CAR PARKING

Parkade is the closest car park to the terminals; level P1 is designated for hourly short-term parking as a convenient place to pick-up and drop-off passengers; levels P2 and P3 are designated as hourly, daily and weekly parking. The economy car park, adjacent to Parkade, is also close to the terminals. A cheaper long-term car park with a free shuttle service to/from the terminals is also available. DRIVING DIRECTIONS

The airport is linked to Vancouver via the Arthur Laing Bridge and then Hwy-99. Follow signs for Hwy-99 South, and then the airport.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Road:
Taxi: All taxis serving the airport are government-controlled and must meet airport standards. Limousine: Limojet Gold operates from the airport daily around the clock (tel: 604 273 1331). Bus: An Airporter bus serves central Vancouver hotels, cruise ship and bus terminals, departing every 15 minutes. Scheduled bus services are available to major hotels and destinations in the city centre, South Surrey, Langley, Aldergrove, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Whistler, Vancouver Island and Seattle. Free shuttles provide services to the long-term car park, local hotels and other locations around the airport
