Transfer Between Terminals: Airport courtesy inter-terminal shuttle buses are available on the Departures level of each terminal. Buses depart every ten minutes 24 hours a day.

Information desks are located in all three terminals. Speech activated airport assistance is available at terminals 1 and 2 (tel: 905 676 3506) and Terminal 3 (tel: 905 612 5100).

Eating and drinking: Bars and restaurants are located throughout the airport
Shopping: There are numerous shops at the airport, including duty free.
Other facilities: Hotel reservation services are available. Each terminal offers a comprehensive range of facilities and all terminals have facilities for Internet access. However, there is also a free shuttle service linking the terminals for passengers who require a service located at a different terminal

SERVICE TO PASSENGERS WITH DISABILITIES

There are lifts and ramps throughout the airport where necessary. When making a flight reservation, travellers should notify the airline or travel agent of any special assistance request, such as an escort service, inside terminal passenger transport, or support for checking-in, boarding and arriving at their destination.

CONFERENCE FACILITIES

All terminals have facilities for Internet access. There is a business centre in Terminal 2.

CAR RENTAL

Avis , Budget , Hertz , National and Thrifty are represented at all three terminals. Passengers can pick-up and return their rental cars on the first and/or the basement level of the Terminal 1 car park and/or on the ground level of the Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 car parks.

CAR PARKING

There are over 11,000 parking spaces at the airport. Terminal 1 has an eight-level parking facility which sits on top of the terminal. Terminals 2 and 3 also have car parking facilities with direct access to the terminals. There is a reduced rate car park connected to the airport terminals by a free wheelchair accessible shuttle bus service. Work has begun on a new 12,500 space car park.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

Direct freeway access to the airport is provided by Hwy-409 and Hwy-427. Hwy-400, Hwy-401, Hwy-403, Hwy-410 and the QEW provide access to the airport from the surrounding areas.

Bus: The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), GO Transit, Mississauga Transit and Airport Express provide bus services to the airport, with routes to Toronto and all surrounding areas
