Transfer Between Terminals: A free Skytrain service runs frequently
between the two terminals, 0600-0130, (journey time: under two minutes).
Information and Customer Service Counters staffed by Customer Service Officers are located throughout the airport (tel: (0)541 2267 for Terminal 1 and (0)541 2302 for Terminal 2); help telephones are available throughout the airport. Passengers can also submit enquiries in advance through the airport's website.
Money
and communications: Bureau de change counters can be
found in the Departures/transit lounges of both terminals. There
is an Internet centre called E-hub in the Depatures/transit lounge
of Terminal 2. Multimedia payphones that allow you to surf the
internet and check web-based emails are available in the News
lounge of the Terminal 1 Departures/transit lounge.
Eating and drinking: The airport has a mini-supermarket,
restaurants and snack bars.
Shopping: There are several shops at the airport.
Other facilities: Medical clinics are available 0800-2400
in both terminals and there is a 24-hour medical centre in the Terminal 2 basement.

The airport has level access, lifts, accessible toilets and a 24 hour wheelchair rental service (tel: (0)543 1118).
There are business centres, open 0700-2300, located in the transit hotels on level 3 of each terminal (tel: (0)542 5538 for Terminal 1 or (0)542 8122 for Terminal 2). Facilities include workstations with modems, photocopying, fax machines and meeting rooms. Secretarial and translation services are also available upon request. Singapore Telecom outlets in both terminals provide telephone, Internet, fax, telex and postal facilities, and PC Internet connections.
Budget and Sintat Rent-A-Car are represented at Terminal 1; Budget and Hertz are represented at Terminal 2. A road toll is levied in Singapore's central business district during the daytime and on expressways at peak hours.
The airport has three car parks offering various tolls for short and longer stays. Car Park A serves Terminal 1 and Car Parks B and C serve Terminal 2.
The East Coast Parkway electronic toll road runs straight between the airport and Singapore City Centre. Cash cards for Electronic Road Pricing can be purchased from car hire companies at the airport.

Taxi: Taxis run to the centre of Singapore (journey time: approximately 20 minutes).
Six-seater Mercedes MaxiCab taxis run an airport shuttle service between
the airport and any hotel in Singapore (except Le Meridien Changi and hotels
in Sentosa) and anywhere in the central business district. Limousine: Limousine
taxis are also available at the Arrivals hall on level 1 of both terminals.
Bus: Frequent public bus services leave the bus station from the basement
of each terminal
There is a hotel reservation counter in the Arrivals hall of each terminal (tel: (0)542 6966 for Terminal 1 and (0)545 0318 for Terminal 2). The Transit Hotel (tel: (0)542 5538 for Terminal 1 or (0)542 8122 for Terminal 2) provides rooms on site in both terminals on a six-hourly basis. Singapore hotels include the Le Meridien Changi (tel: (0)548 8000), which provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, the Marriott (tel: (0)735 5800), Metropole (tel: (0)336 3611) and, famously, the Raffles Hotel (tel: (0)337 1886). The airport MaxiCab transports passengers to any hotel in Singapore, except Le Meridien Changi and hotels in Sentosa). The service operates from the Arrivals halls of both terminals, 0600-0000 daily, and departs every 30 minutes during off-peak hours (0600-1800) and every 15 minutes during peak hours (1800-0000); a fare is payable.
