Terminal 1 has information desks on the Departures level, at Exits 34 and 36, and on the Arrivals level at Exits 34 and 36. Terminal 2 has information desks at Halls A, B, C, D, F (levels 0 and 2). Terminal T9 has desks at Arrivals and Departures. The information desks also offer a special welcome service for disabled passengers.
Money
and communications: There are bureaux de change and
ATMs in all three terminals and post offices in Terminals 1 and
2.
Eating and drinking: There are plenty of bars and restaurants.
Shopping: Shopping, including duty-free, is located in all
three terminals.
Other facilities: There are pharmacies in Terminals 1 and
2, as well as a hairdressers and medical centre in Terminal 1
The airport has excellent
facilities for disabled passengers, who should inform their airline
in advance of their special needs. Information desks also offer
a special welcome service for disabled passengers. Reserved car
parking spaces (at a reduced price) are available for drivers displaying
disability ID.
Business facilities (tel: (0)1 4862 2290; fax: (0)1 4862 6129), located in Terminal 1, include eight fully equipped meeting rooms, three offices and one VIP lounge with phone, fax, photocopying and video services. Catering is also available.
Avis , Budget , Europcar , Hertz , National and Sixt are all represented. Car hire desks can be found in Arrivals in Terminal 1, in the shopping area in Terminal 2 and in Arrivals in Terminal 2.
Each terminal has its own covered car park with direct access to the terminal by lift. There is also a guarded car park and an economy long-term car park linked to all three terminals by a free airport shuttle bus departing every seven minutes.
From Paris, take A1 (Autoroute du Nord) via Porte de la Chapelle. Alternatively, take the A3 motorway via Porte de Bagnolet, join the A1 and follow signposts for the airport.
Rail:
Train: The rapid RER train service serves the airport: line B runs from the TGV
station at Terminal 2 to the Gare du Nord, Châtelet-les-Halles, St
Michel and Denfert-Rochereau with connections for the métro (journey
time: approximately 30 minutes).
Road:
Taxi: A taxi to the city centre will take around 45 minutes. Limousine: The airport
also offers a chauffeur-driven limousine service (tel: (0)1 4071 8462). Bus:
The Airport Connection shuttle is a door-to-door minibus service to the city
centre (journey time: 75 minutes). Places must be reserved in advance (tel: (0)1
4418 3602 (English speaking) and a credit card must be used to secure reservations;
the service operates seven days a week, 0400-2000. Roissybus serves all three
terminals and runs to the rue Scribe for métro Opéra (journey time:
approximately 45 minutes). RATP buses run from Terminal 1 (Gate 26, Departures
level); bus no. 350 stops at Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, bus no. 351 at the
Porte de Bagnolet and Nation. Coach: Air France coaches depart from all terminals
to Place Charles de Gaulle (journey time: approximately 40 minutes); to Paris-Montparnasse,
rue du Commandant Mouchotte, Gare de Lyon and boulevard Diderot (journey time:
approximately 50 minutes)
Hotels at the airport are connected with the terminals by free shuttle buses and include the Ibis (tel: (0)1 4919 1919), Novotel (tel: (0)1 4919 2727) and Sofitel (tel: (0)1 4919 2929) at Terminal 1, the Hilton (tel: (0)1 4919 7777) at Terminal 2 and the Sheraton (tel: (0)1 4919 7070), which is inside Terminal 2
