Transfer Between Terminals: There is one terminal at Abu Dhabi Airport, and a second satellite is due to be completed by 2005. There is also a check-in facility in the city centre, opposite the Beach Hotel in the Tourist Club area, enabling passengers to check in and obtain boarding cards before arriving at the airport.

Abu Dhabi International Airport Hotel (tel: (0)2 575 7377) currently has 19 rooms available, as well as a VIP lounge, a restaurant, bar, children's playroom, massage chairs, health club with jacuzzi, fully-equipped business centre, sauna and gym. The hotel is undergoing an expansion project which will be completed by June 2002; this will provide a total of 40 rooms at the hotel, as well as a lounge to enable travellers to rest quietly before their flight, a larger VIP lounge, a new business centre and a new secure luggage room.
